Asphalt pavement specific long filament burnt geotextile is a new and excellent geotextile substrate for enhancing road surfaces and roadbeds. This product is made of polyester spunbond long filament geotextile with single-sided singeing. It has high tensile strength in both horizontal and vertical directions, high elastic modulus, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After surface coating treatment, it has excellent alkali resistance and aging resistance, and is widely used in the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement, and roadbed. Both hard and flexible road surfaces are applicable, which can reduce costs, extend service life, and prevent road reflection cracks compared to traditional road surfaces. Burnt geotextile is a special geotextile made of polyester spunbond needle punched filament geotextile processed by advanced special technology. It has various advantages of long non-woven geotextile, and also has its own advantages in meeting the requirements of preventing reflective cracks on road surfaces.

(1) High temperature resistance. The raw material of crack resistant geotextile is polyester fiber, with a melting point of 260 ℃ and no significant shrinkage below 230 ℃. Overcoming the phenomenon of significant shrinkage and wrinkling of general geotextiles when paving hot asphalt concrete.

(2) The product has a suitable thickness and is easy to bond with asphalt pavement. After bonding with the adhesive layer oil, it forms an isolation layer and has waterproof and insulation effects.

(3) Lightweight and high-strength. The tensile strength is ≥ 8 KN/m, and the elongation is 40-60%, fully meeting the technical requirements for geotextiles in JTJ/T019-98 "Technical Specification for Stress of Highway Geosynthetics".

(4) The surface is rough and not easy to slide. When laying, the surface that has been specially treated and roughened with burnt hair should face upwards to increase the friction coefficient and enhance the bonding strength of the surface layer, preventing it from being rolled up or damaged by the wheels during construction. At the same time, it can also suppress the slipping phenomenon of vehicles and pavers on the fabric.

(5) It has the ability to resist UV rays, cold, chemical corrosion, and biological damage.
